4. Deposits, Project Inactivity, and Reactivation
All deposits and initial project payments made to WixLab are non-refundable.
Deposits are used to reserve production time, allocate personnel and resources, establish the project schedule, and begin research, planning, strategy, design, development, content preparation, technical setup, or other services.
Deposits will not be refunded if the client:

• Cancels the project

• Changes direction

• Delays the project

• Decides not to proceed

• Fails to provide required materials or access

• Fails to provide feedback or approvals

• Becomes unavailable or unresponsive

• Selects another service provider

• Otherwise prevents WixLab from continuing the work

This policy applies except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or agreed to by WixLab in a signed writing.
Clients are responsible for responding to requests for information, materials, account access, content, feedback, approvals, and decisions within a reasonable period.
If a client stops responding or fails to provide the information necessary to continue a project for more than 30 consecutive calendar days, WixLab may classify the project as inactive and archive it.
Once a project is archived:

• Previously agreed timelines, deadlines, and launch dates will no longer apply.

• The project will be removed from the active production schedule.

• The project will be rescheduled according to WixLab’s current availability.

• A reactivation fee must be agreed upon and paid before work resumes.

• Any outstanding invoices must be paid before the project is reactivated.

• The project scope, pricing, technical requirements, timeline, and remaining deliverables may be reviewed and updated.

• Additional fees may apply when software, platforms, integrations, vendors, requirements, or project conditions have changed.

WixLab is not responsible for delays, increased costs, expired software, expired domains, discontinued services, lost third-party access, platform changes, API changes, broken integrations, technical incompatibilities, or other circumstances arising while a project is inactive.
Reactivation is subject to WixLab’s availability and written approval.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Technology
WixLab may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, generative systems, and other digital tools to support our services and internal operations.
These tools may be used to:

• Organize and analyze project information

• Research markets, competitors, industries, and audiences
